RIGHT TURN was sent up on the outside of the early leaders, came between horses to take command in the early stretch, then held 6n under "an energetic ride. YOUNG ROMANCE made up ground steadily to circle the field at the head of the stretch, responded well to strong handling and showed the best late speed.. WISECRACKER showed an even late effort. BOLD MOMENT,, away best, lost some ground while on the extreme outside, rallied well to again reach a runner-up position in -midstretch, then had little left when called on. JEANNE BELLE was finished early. DEANNA had early speed, but could not keep up. LENA DEEN did not show her usual early speed. TRUE TO ME, on the outside to improve position steadily, took the lead after coming between horses at the furlong marker and drew out steadily in the final furlong, BUSTACLE, in closest pursuit of ON RUST early, held sway briefly between calls, but could not stay with the winner. ON RUST flashed the usual early foot, then tired. DEAR MOOSE could not seriously challenge when set down and clear. OVER AGAIN showed little. JOAN ANNE K. was outrun. LOST KEY, on the outside to get the lead at the half mile ground, held on well but could not withstand the winner. SWEEPING JO flashed the usual early foot. NASSOON came very wide for the stretch run. DEBS DAUGHTER raced prominently throughout but had little left when punished in the final furlong. FLOODS CHARM, held sway while on the inside early, then tired. IN LOVE was outrun. HALVERS tired.
