DEATH OF PATRON LEXINGTON Ky Apr 7 The sire of the Mil brook Farm Patron by Falsetto Patrimony a half brother to Keenan and Lisomony Isonomy died yesterday of lockjaw The horse ran a nail in his foot a few days ago and the slight wound caused his death There was no more promis promise ¬ ing King young sire in Kentucky than the young horse for which Louis Stuart once refused 30000 As a 2yearold he won the Cateret Caterer and as a 3year old the Brooklyn Derby and Belmont Stakes Patron served a choice band of mares last and this season and his yearlings are a uniform lot of great quality in conformation and action
