reserves the right to arrange the order of the pro ¬ gramme game as may be necessary or to declare off any or all races on account of bad weather or other unavoidable causes refunding entrance money Horses mares and geldings are eligible to all purses Entrance in purses 5 per cent and 5 per cent additional from money winners which will be deducted from the purse Right reserved to declare off any
