THURSDAYS KENTUCKY SALE SALEThe Sleuthed The three catalogues of the Kentucky combi comb ¬ nation sale at Lexington next Thursday have all been issued and pretty generally distributed so that all or nearly all interested are by this time familiar with the superb aggregation which is to pass under Mr Eastons Astons hammer There are one hundred and fiftytwo fifty animals catalogued including the imported stallions Candlemas Candelas Ordir Wordier and Cavalier Another stallion not in the catalogues but which will be offered at the sale is that great young son of imported The IllUsed Illumed the almost phenomenal campaigner Badge winner of no fewer than fiftyfour fifty races nearly all in firsiclass fireclays compauy company Badge is a certain foal getter and his offspring thus far are almost invariably colts coltsAs colts As is well known the first catalogue of this important sale is devoted to the Klmendorf Lamenter Stud the second to the Beaumont Stud and the third to the miscellaneous consignments made by the Ashland Park Stud Captain B J Treacy Tracy Castleton Carleton Stud Messrs Messes J R F P Keene Barry and Ferguson Estates Hon J H Mullligan his entire stud Mr Arthur M Hunter also his entire stud Mr John E Madden Mr J F Herndon Mr J H Johnson and others These include broodmares of the most fashion ¬ able breeding yearlings and weanlings
