HORSEMEN BAR TRACK OWNERS SAN FRANCISCO Cal Dec 15 The California Breeders and Horsemens Horsemen Protective Associa Asocial ¬ tion ion met last night in the Baldwin Hotel The committees on bylaws and constitution turned in their reports which were after some discus ¬ sion scion adopted The discussion was principally over a clause in the constitution which says that no one who is a shareholder or in any way financially interested in a racetrack can be ¬ come a member of the association Members are to be elected only on a threefourths thereabouts vote There are now over 120 members in the associa asocial ¬ tion ion Attorneys McPike Copied and Porter Ashe Asher were instructed to attend to the necessary legal pro ¬ ceedings ceding to incorporate the association
