BLACK VENUS PETITE STAKES A heavy shower Tuesday night softened the lump0 on the Harlem track Wednesday the track was comparatively smooth but there were spots where the footing was soft and it broke end but W Martin had to whip and hustle him for nearly seven furlongs Nathanson Nathan set the pace and stopped at the finish Forte is not much of an oddson godson horse in any company as the time 1
