IV RF JUSTICE While the present meeting at Washington Park has been marked by magnificent racing and all the other elements that go to make up a highly successful meeting there have been a few races marked by features that failed to meet the approval of the judges In two cases they have arrived at decisions embodied in the suspensions published below and they have other cases under consideration The decisions so far arrived at are officially stated as follows J Coffey together with his horse Bernar Bernard dillo dill is hereby suspended from all privileges of the turf for the term of thirty 30 days from this date July 20 1898 for running said horse Bernardillo Bernardino July 9 without blinkers blinkersS blinkers S C Wagner his stable and jockey L Smith are hereby suspended from all privileges of the turf for a period of sixty 60 days from this date July 20 1898 for the bad performance of his horse Croesus Cress in the fourth race July 2 1898 C H PETTINGILL PETTING J W KELSEY JOHN F MOESE MOOSE
