ST. LOUIS DERBY KLIGIBLES. Fifty-two three-year-olds were declared from the St. Louis Derby January 1, leaving seventy eight still eligible to start. Most of the three-year-olds of the west now deemed of high promise are embraced in the list. Such as W.
