RACING AT HARLEM, I | Secretary Nathanson makes the important announcement that racing will open at Harlem Decoration Day, May 30. No stakes will be opened, for the present, at least. The money that has heretofore gone to such events will be devoted to enriching the parses, some of which will be as much as 00, 00, 00 and 00. Generally speaking, this is a policy that will meet â– with the approval of horse owners. The managing authorities of the club will select the racing oilicials at a meeting to be held Tuesday night.
