Frank McConnell closed a big gap and finished strong. Carlotta C. has possibly had too mnch of it. The track was drying fast and this might have had an effect on her. Hairpin showed his usual sprinting and also his quitting abilities. It looks as if Dollie Wiethoff needs a rest.
