Jim Gore II. go a good rido and ran the be3t race. J He is a useful selling plater that can run in any kind of going. Eva Wilson is consistent. She , 2 was tiring badly at the end and barely lasted long enough to get second place. Hermoso got " away flying on the inside and did better than he did on the occasion of bis last start. Evelyn Byrd will probably improve from this race. Watch her. Rey Salazar Showed a sharp turn of speed. After being shut off at the start Blenheim made up a lot of gronnd. Easter Card ran below the notch. So did Her Favor, who showed no speed. Prince Harry pulled up lame. Overweights Dim Gore II., 3 pounds; Rosolia, 2; Jo3ephine B 41 ; Inuendo, 2 ; Her Favor, 21. Winner Br. h, by Dochart Pearl Street, Post 8 minutes. Start good. Won easily at the end after an early drive: the next four were doing their best. Walkenshaw over-raced himself. Had he run this kind of. a race the last time bo started he could not have lost. His win was an impressive one. Ralph had him in a good position all the way and finished with a rush. Astor is greatly improved. He rnns consistently now. David was slow to begin and had miserable racing luck. So had Refugee, who finished stoutly. Macy seems to be a "has been." Hagh Penny had no excuses. He got a flying start and Bhowed fine speed, but at the head of the stretch he weakened badly and swerved all over the track. The others are not worthy of mention. Algareta is a grand filly and despite the fact that Bhe was conceding OConnell a lot of weight she baat him in a high class way. OConnell showed a lot of speed but quit and swerved badly under punishment in the stretch. Goorgie tired in trying to outrace OConnell in the first part of the race. The fast early spsed affected both OConnell end Goorgie. Pauline J. can be marked for early action. Debridehad an easy race. Sam Lazarus Eaq. wants a deep, sloppy track to do his best. Winner B. c, by Take Notice Lake County. Off at the first break to a good start. Won easily; it was a drive for second place. Yoloco likes a route and won like a good colt. He was giving away weight to each of his opponents and then made them look cheap. In the last three furlongs Phallas mae up a lot of ground. He was coming like a cyclone at the end. Lovable showed a lot of speed but could not last the route. About three-quarters of a mile is as far as Bhe wants to go. -Indian ran a fair race and Tom Gilmore a bad one. The latter 9eemed to bs running easily down the backstretoh but stopped all r f a sudden. Do not count this race for him. Myrtle Gebaur did well a part of the way. Maud Wallace does E , ; . J e . J , " 2 better under.llght weight. Macie Maree was roughly treated throughout. So was Innovator who got into a bad jam on the homo turn. Man of Honor ran a dull race.
