BAD FOB BOLD BROS Presiding JudgeJBeea and Steward Apperson yesterday rendered the following ruling based on the condition in which Erewer was sent to the post recently recentlyBe Be ferring to the suspension of Messrs Bold Bros owners and trainers of the horse Erewer Aug 27th pending investigation of their ac ¬ tions and the running of the said horse in the sixth eventlof that day find the horse was in no condition whatever to race The paddock jndge was i misled as to the trne condition of the horse by theirjrepresentations and as evidenced when he appeared on the track after a thor ¬ ough investigation of the methods involved we conclude the horse was started without any preparation whatever lame and ailing and for a purpose onlyjnot conformable to the best in ¬ terests of the turf as provided We recommend that tho further entry of the horse Erewer as well asjtho entry of any other horse that may be owned or trained by the Messrs Bold Bros be denied in Jtho future and we further recommend to the stewards of the Western Jockey Club that the license of Otto Bold trainer be revoked forthwith
