Moro-kanta is a very usefnl hoiso, finished with a tremendous buret cf speed and was best. Shoreham was lucky and strongly bandied end arpeared to bo the winner in the last lurlong. Maiden beat the gate and displayed much speed and was prcbtbly a trifle short. Cherries, poorly handled, went well throughout. Boyal Sterlirg got off poorly and is best in eoftjtoing. Heliobaswas evidently chert end his bed legs bothered him in eddition. Be is ti ly a ehadew of his former self. Maro-then, off fljicg and lucy throughout, shows steady improvement and-was probably best. Alard broke flat footed and lost much ground in the first furlong, but made it up and finished strongly. St. David, off poorly, closed a big gap and was a good horse in this race. Mollie Peyton quit unaccountably in the stretch. It was too far for Snark and Candling.
