EIGHX.AND TRUE DISQUALIFIED. Wasiiington, D. C., Nov. 25. After the fifth race md,.beenrun"andi;BightUand True had officially been declared the winner, A. L. Aste, owner of Earl of Warwick, protested the purse on the ground that Bight and True should hare carried 5 pounds more weight, under the conditions of the race, as he had won three races and should not have been entered for less, than 500, whereas he was entered for ,C00. The stewards entertained the protest and awarded Earl of Warwick the purse. All bets have been paid on Right and True.
