Forte was outrun for the first six furlongs, after which ho moved up fast, is steadily improving: and favors a good track and a long route. Stromo, in good form but palpably short, went seven furlongs well and liked the going and should improve. The others are very moderate. Overweights Hon. Peter Sterling, 5 pounds.
