APPROVE KINLOCH OFFICIALS. At a special meeting: of the Board of Stewards of the "Western Jockey Club held Wednesday, March 18, the following: list of racing: officials for the spring meeting of the Kinloch Jockey Club was approved: Joseph A. Murphy, presiding judge and handicapper. Wilson P. Hunt, associate judge. Phil Chew, secretary. Ralph H. Tozer, clerk of the course. W. M. Murray, starter. Mr. Joseph D. Lucas was appointed official steward to represent the Western Jockey Club at said meeting.
