STATISTICS OF LATONIA RACING. . In the course of the Latonia meeting of twenty-four days, that closed last Saturday, 143 races were run of which eleven were steeplechases and the remainder flat races. In all 1906.sh0,500 was distributed among winning owners, and a fraction more than a dally average of ,520. The owners whose .horses Avon 1906.sh00 or more numbered thirty-eight and those who. Avon smaller amounts were ninety-one. James Arthur, Avith ,350 was leader among the owners; J. B. Respess, with ,500; F. Cook, with ,200, and E. A. Chinn, with ,000, followed in order.
