WILL REMAIN AT MEMPHIS. Memphis. Teiin.. January 21. Kolx-rt Tinker has abandoned the idea of sending a portion of the stable here in Charge of Mickey Shannon to Hot Springs to race at Oaklawn. The youngsters will not make their debut until the spring meeting at Montgomery Park after which they will be sent C4bt.
