UNEVENTFUL RACING AT OAKLAND. Miller Rides Two Winners — W. H. Carey and Loqistilla Work Well for Handicap. Oakland, c.il.. February 14.— Todays carl lacked distinctive features. With one or two exceptions tin horses engaged were of moderate caliber. The lacing was uneventful, not so. however, from a speculative angle, as outsiders cammed two-thirds of the program.
