February 25. — In the case of the Western Turf Association vs. Hyina-n Orecnberg. the Supreme Court of the Inited States today _ affirmed the decision of the Supreme Court of California, giving Greent erg. who is a San Francisco newspaper man. Tlie proceeding was instituted by Greenberg under tlie Cantor «iia law making it unlawful to exclude any person from places of amusement, and the association a I tacked tlie law as unconstitnttonal. The opinion of the court was announced by Chief Justice Harlan. who said that the law dots not contravene the national constitution.
