Trainer Io m Welsh, who-will manage Jockey Walter Miller at the local tracks again this season, says the boy lias been too severely criticised lor rough riding. He is lie best rider in short distance races that 1 have ever seen and he can beat any starter in the business in gelling away from the barrier. In races over a distance of ground Miller is not so good, but he will Improve in time, no doubt, as he gains experience."
