MORE TALK OF MERGER MOVEMENT. Rhinock Thinks It Certain — Cella Arrives at Louisville — Heaslip Is Awaited. Louisville. Ky.. May ft. — President Matt .7. Winn of the American Turf Association says only routine matters will be transacted at the meeting of the directors tomorrow. .1. L. Rhinock is authority for the statement that a movement is on foot for the consolidation of both western governing bodies. The formation of the new Iiody. he says, may not lie perfected until Wednesday and aeatu maybe not until after the close of this meeting. There are some minor details to be discussed and agreed on before the final merging comes to pass. The principal hitch, it is said, is over New Orleans, and H. F. Heaslips arrival here is awaited. He is ex ppcted tomorrow. Messrs. Rhinock. Meyers and Winn will hold a conference tonight relative to the matter and merging plans will then be submitted to I»uis Cella. The latter arrived here from St. ixiuls this morning and will retuain for several days.
