FOREIGN BOOK AT ALGIERS. New Orleans. La.. mhv ••, — It Is the intention of the Rabat baa Bactag Association to open a foratga b-ok at its half-mile track in Algiers, across Hie Mississippi river from this city, tomorrow. This track began with Sunday racing last November. As the winter wore along there mis rarlag also aa holidays.
