FOREIGN BOOK AT ALGIERS. New Orleans. La.. mhv ••, — It Is the intention of the Rabat baa Bactag Association to open a foratga b-ok at its half-mile track in Algiers, across Hie Mississippi river from this city, tomorrow. This track began with Sunday racing last November. As the winter wore along there mis rarlag also aa holidays. After the close of the regular tracks here in April the merry-go-round was opened for continuous racing. The racing lias been desolately ami has been attended only by the hoi polloi. This latest move is born of the competition which comes with the opening of the new track of the Louisiana Driving ami Running Club.
