Starter Iloltjnan said today concerning his future movements that it looked as though the Santa Anita plant would be completed by November 2S, the time set for the opening. He said he would go on to Los Angeles at once. If, however, there should lie a delay A a few days he would go to New Orleans and fill In the opening week at City Park pending the arrival of Mars Cassiely from Bennlng.
