WINNIE OCONNOR COMING HOME. Jockey Winnie OConnor, who has been riding in France this season for M. Yeil-Picard, will shortly sail for America, accompanied by his wife and will spend the winter in this country. OConnor is an enthusiast for cycling and may compete in the six-day bicycle races at Madison Square Garden in New York next month. An English exchange says OConnor has frequently, during his stay abroad, appeared as a professional on many of the cycle tracks in Europe.
