GRAND NATIONAL KILLS THE LAWYER ILT The Lawyer III which finished third in the Eng ¬ lish Grand National was found dead In his box at Aintree late the night of the race A post mortem examination was made and the Teterinary surgeon reports that death was the result of a strain upon the heart and a ruptured lung It appears that The Lawyer III fed well when he returned to his stable after the race for the National and he seemed to be all right but shortly afterward toy down and died
