KENTUCKY RACING COMMISSION TO MEET Lexington Ky April 17 A meeting of the State Racing Commission will be held tomorrow morning at 11 oclock for the purpose of issuing licenses to trainers and jockeys Secretary A B Rouse ar ¬ rived here from Washington tonight and found on Ids desk over 100 applications Colonel E F Clay it is understood will not l e present at the meeting tomorrow He is confined to his room at Runny mede Farm in Bourbon county countyMessrs Messrs Andrew Miller Franklin C Bishop and Ogden Bishop owners of the Millstream Stud homo of Adam arrived lonight from New York to spend four or five days at the farm farmAt At Highland Farm this afternoon Frederica dam of Colonel Ruppert foaled a chestnut colt by Adam The mare and foal are owned by Henry M Zlegler This ihakes the fourth foal for Mr ZiegleT all colts coltsMose Mose Goldblatt arrived tonight from Cincinnati The three horses he will race here Keep Moving Alsatian and Mortiboy will arrive tomorrow Tod Cella came in tonight from New Orleans He will remain until the close of the meeting The track was very heavy today and there was practically no work workSecretary Secretary Lctchcr had the teams on it all day and it is being harrowed through the night
