ST LOUIS FAIR GROUNDS TO BE CUT UP UPS S Louis May 2 The old St Louis Fair Grounds at which there has been no racing since the enforce ¬ ment of the antirace track betting law in Missouri several years ago will be divided Into building lots as the result of a deal just closed here There are 167 acres in the tract which is located at Grand Avenue and Natural Bridge Road in a good section of the city and was traded by a syndicate headed by L A Cella In part payment for the fifteen story MissouriLincoln Trust Buildirig at Seventh and Olive Streets The price of the build ¬ ing is given as 1650000 and the Fair Grounds property represented 1000000 in the deal
