KENTUCKY HORSE INTERESTS TO COMBINE Lexington Ky July 14 Colonel E F Clay of Bourbon county today issued a call for a meeting of horse breeders land owners and other business men of central Kentucky to be held at the Phoenix Hotel Saturday at 1130 a m for the purpose of perfect ¬ ing an organization for mutual protection against the enactment of such restrictive and destructive meas ¬ ures as the HartAgnew law now in force In New York It is expected that the organization will be fashioned after and become a branch of the Per ¬ sonal Liberty League now flourishing like a green i bay tree in New York YorkPeople People of this section have been so vitally affected I by the measures framed In other states at the re ¬ quest of fanatics and politicians that they have been n aroused to action to prevent the total destruction of f their property An attack on racing In any part of f the union means a thrust at the Interests of ninety per cent of the population of central Kentucky It has got to be a case of bread and meat with people here
