Sister Phyllis was prominent all the way and would have been much closer up but for going wide into the stretch. Kenmare Queen set a fast early pace, but tired after going five furlongs, t.overuor Haskell was prominent in the early running. Emily Almanac ran a good half before tiring. The Peer had to orercome interference In the early stages and ran as if he disliked the stiff going, but made up ground. Alarshy came from a long way back In the stretch. Pink Linen ran poorly. Crawford was well up for seven furlongs. Quagga ran poorly. Canopian showed speed, but quit in the stretch. Stone Street can do better. The Shaughraun had 1:0 chance at the start.
