May 20. —Suit for ,070 damages. alleged to have been incurred through a breach of ••ontract. has been filed against Robert Tucker, turfman, by Earl Horn, formerly a jockey. The plain tiff recites that in 100:! he made a contract to ride for Mr. Tucker, the contract extending over a period of three years. He claims he was discharged bv Mr Tucker at the end of the first year. He sues for the salary he would have made if the contract had remained unbroken.
