I H WHEATCROFT MADE A DIRECTOR Lexington Ky January C At a meeting of the stockholders of the Kentucky Association this afternoon all of the old directors were reelected and the number was increased to ten by the addition of Irving II Wheatcroft WheatcroftA A report showing that the indebtedness of the as ¬ sociation is 21000 was read The directors held a meeting later and reelected J N Cahiden presi ¬ dent II P Headley vicepresident Garrett D Wil ¬ son secretary Younger Alexander treasurer and James P Koss track superintendent President Cam den was directed to name a committee to meut with ¬ in ten days to agree upon dates for the spring meet ¬ ing and to make application therefor to the State Racing Commission CommissionSecretary Secretary Wilson said it was the consensus of opinion of the directors that raeinjr should not open here earlier than May and that It is hoped the com ¬ mission will give them dates beginning tlie first week in May If this is done it will throw the rac ¬ ing at Louisville and Latonia a few days later Jn the season
