JUDGE HOPPER TO STAY ON COAST Cincinnati O January 24 John Dillon has re ¬ ceived a letter from E C Hopper presiding judge at Oakland who was formerly identified with the Latonla track Judge Hopper writes that he does not know that he will ever come back to Kentucky says Mr Dillon His daughter has married and gone to the Philippines He just had a cable from her saying she and her husband had safely landed ut Manila He is managing the track at Oakland and if he can find something to keep him busy out there when the racing season is over he will remain on the coast He will be greatly missed lu Kentucky for he is very popular here
