EDWARD MAGINN LATONIA SECRETARY Cincinnati O February 15 Manager John Hach meister of the Latonia track left last night for a visit to Louisville wher he will consult with Louisville owners of Churchill Downs in regard to the spring meeting there Before his departure Mr Haehlneister announced that Edward Maginn of St Louis would act as racing Secretary at Latonia Mr Maginn tilled a similar position at the Fair Ground track St Louis when it was in its heyday Purse of the value of 40O will be provided lor the better class of horses during the approaching meeting at Latonia
