INNOVATION IN AMATEUR SPORT New York February 17 One of the important changes that have been made in the conduct of the steeplechase meetings for the coming season is the banding together of the various sections where the amateurs race The racing country has been divided Into forty districts and each has its representative Each of these districts is taxed 25 for a racing license from the Hunts Committee and tho National Steeplechase7 and Hunt Association This banding together of tho various sections will bring to the amateur sport better discipline than ever before
