RACING THE INFALLIBLE TEST Toronto Out February 28 The qualifications ot the stallions that compete for Kings Premiums in Great Britain are acknowledged to be those most desirable for breeding purposes and the horses them ¬ selves very tine specimens It having been stated in the recent hearing in Ottawa that racing had no connection with this stamp of horse Secretary Fraser of the Ontario Jockey CInb despatched an In ¬ quiry on this point to J II Taylor secretary of the Royal Copimission on HorseBrceding which has charge of the competition He asked askedIs Is it a fact that judges at these competitions are instructed before making their awards to have regard to the racing records and families of the stallions competing and are further provided with this information V VMr Mr Taylors reply was the single word Yes There is no getting away from the test of the cause for the light horse throughout tho world The policy of Great Britain is that of every other nation
