Lady Lewis and Bonnie Bee. owned , by J. II. Nichols, arrived this morning from Jack s arviile. The hatsea Were tucked and drawn aud the Nichols lot were considerably scratched. They were examined by Doctors Leach and Bryan and reports were made bv them as o the injuries. At- tornev Kemper, on behalf of the owners, will file claims for damages. The negro attendants who were with the horses were for some reason left in Jaek-, sonville. When hey got to Montgomery, the rail-p road eaaspaay assigned a man to go with the horses. The veterinarians say it will be several weeks before the horses will lie in condition to race. There was much work at the Kentucky Association course this morning.
