Sir Walter, triumphed over Koche. Don Alonzo and other good ones. It it worth noting that the same Sir Walter was not fir fioin winning it twice afterwards, running second in 1*95 and 1.N97. It is an event in which western-owned horses have Ik-cii moderately successful. Bangle. Imjier. Dishabille and Cottontown winning it for men hailing from the west. Such other high-class handicap horses as Kamapo. Clifford. Ogden. Cold Hade, Herbert.
