OKOLONA was outrun to the stretch turn, bill finished witli a rush and headed MYRTLE MARION in the final stride. The latter ran well MoCKLER showed speed, but quit. RF.AC CHILTON raced into a long lead while rounding the far turn and won in a canter. MICHAEL ANGELO ran well, but was under a drive through the last furlong to outstay BEDMINSTER. The latter wii badly outrun for the first quarter and came wide when entering the homestretch, but finished gamely and would have been second in au6ther stride. Tlw others were beateii off. The latter finished fast and was wearing the winner down. PLACDMORE quit after going a nod six furlongs. TOM HAYWARD was badlv outrun all the wav. BAYERIN set a fast pace, but was made too much use of and tired when the winner challenged. BELAIR was crowded back at the start and closed a big gap. KORONI quit in the homestretch.
