OWNER BEDWELL IN SANGUINE MOOD. Cincinnati, O.. August 3. — H. G. Bedwell feels sanguine that he will be reinstated at the approaching meeting of the Kentucky State Racing Commission, and bases his hopes on the affidavit recently secured from Kiel Williams, the groom who was in Charge of Nadwa at the time of the doping that brought abewt Hedwells present trouble. But It may be some time before the members comprising the commission assemble at Lexington. Some afe inclined to think that the meeting will be held on or alxuit August 15. but this is pure guess work. In the event that the horses are restored to good standing it is Mr. Beihvells intention to ship the entire lot to some winter track ami remain there until the opening. He is fully determined not to engage in fall racing on Kentucky tracks. The Bed-well horses have all been in active training at La-tonia since their susiieiision and are in fine fettle.
