BALLOT AGAIN IN TRAINING. Saratoga. N. Y.. August 24. — James Rowe declares Ballot is all right once more and that he will be readv to race again next year if Mr. Keene desires Ballot came out of the Saratoga Handicap with a badly swollen ankle.
