JAMES ROWES PLANS DISARRANGED. New York. September 9. — James Rowe has returned to New York City from Saratoga. He said that he had read so much of his Intentions in the press that he was puzzled. Several papers Minted a story to the effect that lie was going to Kurope to train for Herman B. | ur yea. Another stated that lie intended to go abroad ami then return and take up James R. Keenes yearlings. "As a matter of fact." Mr. Rowe said. "I do not know what shall do. I do not know that 1 shall go abroad, even. Mr. Keenes illness has upset my calculations. I shall not do anything at all until I hear from him." Mr. Rowe says that the object of Mr. Keenes visit to Kentucky was to look over the yearlings at Castleton that will be eligible to start in two-year-old races in this country next summer. There are twenty-odd of these youngsters by famous Castleton stallions out of equally distinguished Castleton mares. Mr. Roue knows less about them than .Mr. Keene. If Mr. Rowe goes to Kurope for a vacation as he had planned to do Thomas Green will break the Keene vearlings. .
