JAMES R. KEENE OUT OF DANGER, Lexington. Ky.. September P. -The best move at the Kentucky Association track this morning was three-quarters in 1:10. the first five-eighths in 1:02. Monty Fox weal three-eighths in 35. the first quarter in 22*. and Foxy Mary worked a mile in 1:432. James 11. Keene sat up for a short while at the Good Samaritan Hospital today. Dr. Harrows returned to New York last night confident that Ibe millionaire turfman is out of danger. Dr. Scott this afternoon made the statement that Mr. Keenes temperature Is normal, that the congestion is pass lag from his lungs and that there is no likelihood of an extension of the pneumonia. Mr. Keenes nurse says he is cheerful.
