OGDEN MEETING TO OPEN TODAY. Ogden, i tali . September 22. — The twenty -days meeting of the Ogden Racing Association, which was arranged by Richard Dwyer to lake the place of the abandoned Salt Lake City meeting, will open here tomorrow and will unquestionably be the most pretentious venture of the kind ever attempted here. Many of the horses that raced in Montana and at Denver have arrived to take part in the racing. Salt Lake City is expected to furnish a big delegation of patrons daily.
