AMERICAN JOCKEYS IN EUROPE EUROPENew New York November 28 Willie Shaw who re ¬ turned recently from continental Europe where he has ridden more than his share of winning mounts during the past few years under the Weinberg col ¬ ors announced that lie has severed his conection with that stable and in future will ride for Prince Hohenlolie of Germany and Austria who maintains two large racing stables and is according to Shaw a prince in reality as well as by title Shaw will ride at the Austrian courses in Vienna and Buda ¬ pest He looks fully as well as in the days when he rode for Pittshurg Phil and finds no difficulty in making 112 pounds He will remain in New York until after the holidays and will then visit his home in Oklahoma where he has an extensive ranch ranchMickey Mickey Miles who is in New York for the winter will return to Austria in March to ride for his present employer M Egyedi one of the largest and most influential owners in Germany and Austria Leo McDermott who has been riding in Germany for the last seven years is under contract with the same owner for the season of 1SH1 and will do the lightweight riding for that stable stableJockey Jockey Devereaux who rode in Aienna last sum ¬ mer is visiting oldlime friends here
