JUAREZ PROGRAM DECLARED OFF Dangerous Condition of Course Leads to Omission of One Days Racing El Paso Tex December 10 Owing to the dan ¬ gerous condition of the track at Terrazas Park it was considered unsafe to allow the horses to run over it and accordingly this afternoons card was declared off The entries scheduled for this after ¬ noon were nullified and horsemen were asked to make new entries for tomorrow when It is expected the track will be in safe condition Heavy rain during the night rendered the track deep and sticky and the opinion was generally expressed that the management had acted wisely in closing the track for today todayA A shipment of horses arrived today from Oakland including the stables of Stuart Polk John Ix we C Enunert N K Moody and W II Denny DennyGeneral General Manager Matt Winn is due to return from California tomorrow a telegram to that effect having been received today
