KENTUCKY COMMISSION TO MEET TODAY Lexington Ky December 27 Au adjourned meet ¬ ing of the Kentucky State Racing Commission will be held here tomorrow at which representatives of the various racing associations will appear to push their claims for an increase in the established com inlssion from parimutuel and auction betting which is now five er cent and to discuss with the com ¬ mission several rules for the regulation of racing and betting that have been lying over for some time Secretary W K BIdwell said tonight that Col E F Clay the chairman who is in Florida for the benefit of his health will be the only absentee and that the meeting will be presided over by Col Milton Young the vicechairman Messrs John Hachmeister and Harvey Myers will represent La tonia Charles F Grainger will appear for Louis ¬ ville aud D Gray Falconer for the Kentucky Asso ¬ ciation These representatives are expected to make a dUplav of the financial transactions of the asso ¬ ciations during the year for the enlightenment of the commission
