WALTER MILLER GOES INTO BUSINESS. Walter Miller, the American jockey -who rode in Europe last year with success, has decided to forsake the pigskiu forever, but instead of emulating the examples of James Rowe, James McLaughlin, John Hyland, George Odom and many, other successful jockeys of other days in taking up the calling of a trainer of horses. Miller has embarked in the haberdashery business iu New York. He weighs 150 pounds and decided to retire from the saddle be cause of inability to keep down his weight. . He is well fixed financially.
