KEENE YEARLINGS NOT TO GO ABROAD. Lexington. Ky.. June 21. — James R. Keene has decided that none of his Csstletoii br.d yearlings will be sold in England tho second week in July as, he had planned. Under instructions from Mr. Keene. M.i.j. Iohall A. Daingerfield had arranged to load thirty yearlings here tonight, send them to New-York and put them aboard the Minnehaha, sailing f..r England Saturday. This morning ho received a message from Mr. Keene telling him to countermand all arrangements for shipping and to keep the yearlings at astleton. Mr. Koones reasons for his sodden change of mind are not given, but it is likely that he has decided to race them in his own colors, probably in this country. it 111a f he that be has come to the conclusion that the New York Legislature will giro relief from the drastic anti-racing laws by the passage of the Glttiaa bills. The fifty three thoroughbred yearlings from James R. Haggins Elmendorf Farm, to be sold at Newmarket. Bag., in July, left here for New York this afternoon in charge of George Miller.
