BANNER MEETING EXPECTED AT WINDSOR. Management of Canadian Track Makes Preparations to Entertain Larger Crowds Than Ever Before. Detroit. Mich.. Jaly 13.— The Windsor Fair Grounds and Driving Park Association has made preparation* for S banner meeting this summer. All the big metropolitan owners are here and the Wind sor plant has received a thorough overhauling. C. If one is to judge from the number of reservations made si the principal hotels, the meeting this summer will surely eclipse all others ever given here.
